Overview
Comercio China helps small Peruvian businesses and consumers import and export products to and from China. Backed by a network of factories and agents — and offices in both Lima, Peru and Shanghai, China — it handles the trade process end to end, from finding the right supplier to landing goods at the destination port.
What it does
- International logistics — consulting and on-the-ground knowledge to import or export products, managing documentation and shipping from origin to port.
- Sourcing — a wide factory-and-agent network to source almost any product, with supplier research, evaluation, factory visits, and quality control.
- Business & leisure tourism — custom travel routes in China: factory visits, trade itineraries, translation services, or a day at the Great Wall.
My role
I founded and run the business — developing new clients, vetting suppliers, negotiating prices, organizing factory visits and travel, and advising on domestic and international logistics. I also built and maintain the site (WordPress). It’s the B2B trade arm behind my direct-to-consumer store, Tummi.
